Peregrina Variegata Plant (jatropha integerrima)

Eye catching, brightly colored red blooms glow on this variegated border plant. Nearly year round, attractive little, star shaped, flowers pop out from branch ends in little sprays, frequently sought after by butterflies and hummingbirds. Unusual pale green and cream splotched, 7-inch-long leaves varying in shape from oblong, fiddle-shaped, or even-lobed are displayed sometimes simultaneously on the same plant, with new leaves appearing in shades of gold green and bronze. Peregrina is a multi-trunked tropical large shrub and can reach 15 feet in height with an equal spread. What a fantastic plant for container growing on a veranda or patio.
